To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

All deposits to your wd188 Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. wd188 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or using a payment method belonging to another person, is a violation of these Terms.
wd188 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
E-wallet deposits are typically credited to your wd188 Account within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which may take up to 15 minutes during standard banking hours. wd188 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which wd188 accepts no responsibility.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. Minimum deposit amounts for specific promotions may differ and will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
By depositing funds into your wd188 Account, you confirm that the funds are sourced from legitimate, lawful activity and are not the proceeds of any criminal offence. wd188 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposits and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active investigation or restriction on your Account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are determined by your account tier and will be communicated within your Account dashboard. wd188 reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion with notice to affected Members.
Withdrawals are only processed to accounts or wallets registered in your own name that match the name on your wd188 Account. wd188 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. If your Account holds uncleared Bonus Funds subject to an active wagering requirement, only your real-money Balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be available for withdrawal.
wd188 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Where a withdrawal is delayed for investigative purposes, wd188 will notify you within 48 hours of the grounds for the delay and the estimated resolution timeframe.

wd188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if wd188 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or that continued operation of your Account poses a risk to wd188, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.
Upon closure of your Account for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), any Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure — including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited by wd188. Where the closure is not caused by a breach of these Terms (for example, where wd188 ceases operations in your jurisdiction), your real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting wd188 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to wd188. Bonus Funds and winnings subject to unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
wd188 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they substantively affect your rights or obligations as a Member — wd188 will provide notice of the changes by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address.
Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, restructuring of clauses for clarity, or updates to contact information) may be made without specific notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
If you object to any amendment, your remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Section 15. wd188 will not be liable to you for any costs or losses arising from your decision to close your Account in response to a Terms amendment.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of contract law as applied by the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. wd188 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your place of residence.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with wd188's customer support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body as designated by wd188. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents wd188 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
